Assembly
Full documentation of our assembly and test procedures allow our manufacturing facilities to offer remarkable versatility. Our work cells are configured to handle any product volume you may require.
Test
Per your statement of work, we will write a controlled test procedure to certify your product’s performance. Afterwards, we'll develop the tooling and fixtures needed, as well as use the proper metrology equipment to meet your requirements.
Manufacturing Controls
We utilize the industry’s best practices and controls in our multiple work centers. Statistical process control (SPC) is incorporated on the shop floor to build quality and reliability into our machining processes.
Cross-Training & Certification Programs
PI/Acton employees participate in on-the-job training to keep up to date with the latest manufacturing and assembly techniques. We cross-train our technicians to add flexibility to our workforce. Employees are certified based on their ability to assimilate the information.
