PIXIS-XB

The advanced high sensitivity, thermoelectrically cooled family of PIXIS-XB camera systems is designed with special front-illuminated or back-illuminated deep depletion CCDs for direct imaging of extremely low flux medium x-ray range < 3 keV to ~ 20 keV with 16-bit dynamic range. Available for spectroscopy and imaging with low noise electronics, Beryllium window with resolutions 1340 x 400, 1024x1024 and 1340 x 1300 pixels. Supported under LabView and Linux OS, the camera features a compact single-head design, an easy-to-use USB 2.0 interface, and comes equipped with WinView software.
