PIXIS-XF

PIXIS

PIXIS-XF: 2048F/B
The fully integrated high-performance, thermoelectrically cooled PIXIS-XF: 2048F camera utilizes a scientific grade 2048 x 2048 pixel CCD for lens-less, indirect imaging of X-rays using phosphor screens. Supported under LabView and Linux OS, the camera features a compact single-head design, an easy-to-use USB 2.0 interface, and comes equipped with WinView software.

The dual speed operation at 100 kHz or 2 MHz means that the camera can be used for steady state as well as high speed applications. The 1:1 fiberoptic ratio offers resolution of 37 lp/mm. The ability for researchers to change phosphor in the lab using a unique fiberoptic extending outside the vacuum design gives this system flexibility and high-resolution. GdOS:Tb phosphor screens are available for 8 and 17 keV.

And for ultimate in flexibility this camera supports softaware selectibilty between low noise (for best sensitivity) and high capacity (high dynamic range) amplifier.

PIXIS-XF: 1024F/B
The fully integrated high-performance, thermoelectrically cooled PIXIS-XF: 1024 camera is now available with front-illuminated and back-illuminated scientific grade 1024 x 1024 pixel CCD for lens-free, indirect imaging of X-rays using phosphor screens. Supported under LabView and Linux OS, the camera features a compact single-head design, an easy-to-use USB 2.0 interface, and comes equipped with WinView software.

The dual speed operation at 100 kHz or 2 MHz means that the camera can be used for steady state as well as high speed applications. The 1:1 fiberoptic ratio offers resolution of 38 lp/mm The ability for researchers to change phosphor in the lab using a unique fiberoptic extending outside the vacuum design gives this system flexibility and high-resolution. GdOS:Tb phosphor screens are available for 8 and 17 keV.
