The NIRvana® LN, cryogenically cooled InGaAs focal plane array (FPA) camera delivers high resolution imaging over long exposures for wavelengths in the 900 -1700 nm range.
- 900 – 1700 nm sensitivity
- 20 μm pixel size sensor
- -190℃ cryogenically cooled
- Lifetime vacuum guarantee
NIR/NIR-II Sensitivity Through InGaAs Sensors
The NIRvana utilizes an InGaAs 640 x 512, 20 μm pixel sensor to deliver a large field of view with high dynamic range for sensitive imaging (>85% QE) within the 900 – 1700 nm wavelength range.
Taking advantage of liquid nitrogen cooling, the InGaAs sensor provides the highest sensitivity, with thermoelectrical cooling options offering high frame rate and flexibility
High NIR/NIR-II Sensitivity
The NIRvana offers >85% QE between 950 nm to 1500 nm covering a wide variety of applications.
Cryogenic cooling provided with the NIRvana LN allows for deep cooling up to -190℃, producing the lowest dark current in it’s class.
The cooling unit allows for minutes of integration time, with integrated cold shield limit ambient thermal background.
